The CP5225 falls disappointingly short on the claimed 20ppm print speeds for A4 black texts, however this tried and tested printer will have your A3 prints emerging at a speedy 12 seconds.

Sadly we discovered the colour results were quite varied with some colour settings over emphasizing the reddish hues.  This makes the CP5225 a good contender for general office printing due to it lacking the punch of high quality graphic prints.

The CP5225 series has 3 variations, the CP5225, the CP5225n which has networking and the CP2552dn which has networking and duplex printing.  At Printer Experts we found the HP CP5225 to be no match for the Oki A3 C810 or the Konica Minolta A3 magicolor 7450II.  Overall the CP5225 is a versatile, nippy workhorse, making colour printing for larger formats easy, getting your prints out with good but not outstanding results.
